Prince Archil of Imereti

Prince Archil Aleksandres dze Bagration of Imereti (Georgian: არჩილ ალექსანდრეს ძე ბაგრატიონი) (died in 1775) was a Georgian royal prince (batonishvili) of the royal Bagrationi dynasty of Imereti.

Prince Archil was son of King Alexander V of Imereti and Tamar Abashidze (1732-1772).

Prince Archil was brother of King Solomon I of Imereti and Prince Bagrat of Imereti.

Prince Archil had one son Mamuka from an unknown woman. He died in 1840.

In 1770 Archil married Princess Elene of Georgia, a daughter of King Heraclius II of Georgia with whom he had 3 children:

• Barbare Bagration of Imereti (1771-1815).
• Solomon II of Imereti (1772-1815).
• Mariam Bagration of Imereti (1775-1854).

Archil died on 6 October 1775.
