Prestige Shantiniketan is a fully integrated, mini township developed by Prestige group at Whitefield, Bangalore, India. It's spread over an area of 105 acres its consists of residential enclave(24 high-rise towers), business centre, club house, convention centre and shopping mall.[1][2]
Residential enclave
Residential development known as 'Soul Space' has 3002 apartments distributed over 24 high-rise towers.
Business centre
It has two towers of 16 levels each, which are separated by an 12 level crescent shaped building. This commercial space at Prestige Shantiniketan is LEED Gold Certified and houses operations of multinationals like Tata Consultancy Services, Hindustan Unilever, Britannia,[3] Capgemini, Canon, AIG, Caterpillar, Huawei Technology, AirWatch and others.
