Roxas is been the industrious capital of Zanorte or Zamboanga del norte since wilmar oil plantindustastry (formerly Southern Island Oil Mill) (or SIOM) came.Many negotiator will plan to build another palm oiland coconut oil plant since the place has full of palm and coconut tress in the area.The local government of Roxas has plan to forward their products for international buyers.
