The Preserved Gardner House is a historic house at 90 Milford Road in Swansea, Massachusetts. This 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built c. 1820, and is a well-preserved local example of a Federal style farmhouse. Its porches were added in the late 19th century, when the house was converted to a summer residence when Swansea became a fashionable summer resort area.[2]
The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[1]
