പ്രമദവനം വീണ്ടും ഋതുരാഗം ചൂടി [2]
ശുഭസായാഹ്നം പോലെ [2]
തെളിദീപം കളിനിഴലിന്‍ കൈക്കുമ്പിള്‍ നിറയുമ്പോള്‍
എന്‍.....പ്രമദവനം വീണ്ടും ഋതുരാഗം ചൂടി

Pramadhavanam veendum rithuraagam choodi [2]
Shubha sayahnam pole [2]
Thelideepam kalinizhalin kaikumbil nirayumbol

The woods are aflame with colours of the spring.
The twilight flickers,
Like a flame amidst the growing shadows.

കവിയുടെ ഗാനരസാമൃത ലഹരിയിലൊരു
നവകനകകിരീടമിതണിയുമ്പോള്‍.....ഇന്നിതാ...... [പ്രമദവനം വീണ്ടും...]

Sarayuviloru chudumizhineerkanamaay njan] [2]
Kaviyude gaanarasaamrutha lahariyiloru

I remember, once, I was lost
Like a teardrop in the churning waters of Sarayu.
But now, like an emperor, I am crowned
In this heady flow of poet's song.

Yet, I remember, I was once,
A fallen flower, unsung, adrift in the Yamuna,
Today, I am the soothing melody in the Shepherd's flute,
Heralding the dawn.
