Ponta Cais
Ponta Cais (Capeverdean Crioulo: Punta Kás) is the northernmost point of the island of Maio, Cape Verde. Distance is approximately 25 to 30 km north of the island capital of Vila do Maio and about 8 km northeast of Morrinho. The point features a lighthouse.

Geography
The point are surrounded by rocky ledges, several promontories surround the small promontory. It is accessed with a remote road linking with Morrinho and Santo Antônio.
Panorama
The point offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as some parts of the northern portion of the island. It rarely offers a view of the nearby island of Boa Vista.
