The Polytechnic University of the Philippines, Mulanay Extension also known as PUP-MQ (Filipino: Politeknikong Unibersidad ng Pilipinas, Sudlong ng Mulanay) was founded through Republic Act 7654, otherwise known as the General Appropriations Act of 1991.[1]
