Polystachya geniculata is a species of plant in the Orchidaceae family. It is endemic to Cameroon. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
