The film stars Rob Lowe, Burt Reynolds, James Jurdi, Jessica Clark, Logan Fahey, Ken Davitian and Noel Gugliemi. Set in glamorous Los Angeles, the film combines elements of black comedy and neo noir genres as it spins an edgy, and timely yarn about money, greed, power, sex, revenge, redemption and real estate.

Plot

Revolving around the hot-button issue of the U.S. real-estate market roller coaster and its various casualties, the film follows a mysterious power player Frank Hunter (Rob Lowe) and his sultry wife Lana (Jessica Clark), who hire disgraced Los Angeles property broker Jack Woodman (James Jurdi) to discreetly market and sell their Malibu villa.
