Plešnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.87 square kilometres (2.65 sq mi), and has a population of 252 (as at 2 October 2006).
Plešnice lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Plzeň and 96 km (60 mi) west of Prague.
