Platymantis mamusiorum (Nakanai wrinkled bamboo frog) is a species of frog in the Ceratobatrachidae family. It is endemic to New Britain Island in Papua New Guinea.

There it is restricted to moist, high elevation forests above approx. 1200m asl. in the Nakanai Range, where it occurs in dense bamboo thickets. Although common in its native habitat, it is considered vulnerable due to its very limited distribution. Main threats include habitat loss because of logging, as well as invasive diseases. The species is named after the Mamusi, local tribe.
