Planotortrix flammea is a species of moth of the Tortricidae family. It is found in New Zealand.

The colour pattern of the adults is purple-brown or orange-brown. The hindwings are whitish ochreous with a distinct purple or orange fringe.

The larvae feed on Leonohebe odora, Hebe salicifolia, Hebe stricta and Hebe subalpina.[2]
