Pistoia Basket 2000, also known for sponsorship reasons as Giorgio Tesi Group Pistoia is an Italian professional basketball team from the town of Pistoia.

In the 2014−15 season it will play in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (first division of Italian professional basketball).

It was established in 2000 and, due to sponsorship deals in the past, has also been known as Cassa di Risparmio Pistoia (2002–05), Associazione Vivaisti Pistoia (2005–06), Power Dry Pistoia (2006–07), Carmatic Pistoia (2007-2010), Tuscany Pistoia (2010–11).

In the 1990s, Pistoia was represented in the Serie A by another club, Olimpia Basket Pistoia.
