Piper Joy Curda (born August 16, 1997) is an American actress and singer, known for her role as Jasmine in I Didn't Do It.

Life and career

Curda was born in Tallahassee, Florida[4] and raised in Chicago. The daughter of United States Army Brigadier General Stephen K. Curda,[5] Piper is one of five children.[6] Along with her older sister Riley, she appeared in the musical The King and I.[7] At the age of 12, she played Roly-Poly in the Broadway national tour of The 101 Dalmatians Musical.[2] In 2011, she starred as Casey in the Disney.com series Rule the Mix. She also made numerous guest appearances in TV series including Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Body of Proof and Malibu Country as well as a recurring role on A.N.T. Farm. In June 2013, Curda landed a leading role as Jasmine in the Disney Channel sitcom I Didn't Do It which started airing in January 2014. In September 2013, she also appeared in a short film from Wong Fu production "Who pays on a first date? - Save the Date".[8] She released her first single "Losing You" on January 15, 2014[9] and the music video on January 27.[10] Curda is currently homeschooled.[11]
