Pindi Pindi, Queensland
Pindi Pindi is a small rural community in Mackay Region, Queensland, Australia.[1]
History
The name Pindi Pindi was assigned to the local railway station in 1915, and is allegedly an Aboriginal word, indicating creek or flowing water.[1]
Pindi Pindi Post Office opened by 1935 and closed in 1981.[2]
