Pillai's Institute of Information Technology Engineering, Media Studies & Research
Pillai's Institute of Information Technology, Engineering,Media Studies and Research is an engineering college in New Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It is commonly referred to as PIITEMSR also as PIIT, also as PIITE.
It is affiliated to the University of Mumbai. The college was founded in 2000 and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India.
PIITEMSR offers a four year Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) courses in Computer, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunication, Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering,Electronics Engineering streams. In addition, it also offers a two-year masters degree (M. E.)courses in Electronics, Mechanical(CAD/CAM&ROBOTICS), Mechanical(Thermal Engineering) and Computer engineering, Information Technology.

Alegria, the Festival Of Joy is a huge festival of PIIT. It is one of the biggest college fest in Navi Mumbai.
