Pictou Landing First Nation
Pictou Landing First Nations is a Mi'kmaq First Nation in Nova Scotia, Canada. Their territory spans five reserves that have a combined area of 527.6 hectares. The current Chief is Andrea Paul. As of 2012, the Mi'kmaq population is 459 on-Reserve, and approximately 144 off-Reserve.[1]
Council
The current council consists of Anthony (Quise)Nicholas, Crystal Denny, Louie Francis, Wayne Denny, and Dominic Denny. This council was elected on November 24, 2011 and will remain in office for two years.
