Phyllonorycter lonicerae is a moth of the Gracillariidae family. It is known from Japan (Honsyu, Sikoku and Kyusyu) and China.
The wingspan is 6–7 mm.
The larvae feed on Lonicera japonica. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine is slightly tentiform and located on the lower surface of the leaf.
