Phyllomedusa trinitatis is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Trinidad and Tobago and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, moist savanna, subtropical or tropical moist shrublands, freshwater marshes, heavily degraded former forests, ponds, and canals and ditches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
