Philippines at 2nd tier beauty pageants

This is a list of the Philippines' representatives and their placements at the 2nd Tier international beauty pageants, considered important in their respective pageants.

There are different version of Miss Tourism International but Miss Tourism International (Malaysian version)^[1] is the only one currently existing. There were the Miss Tourism International (Macau version) which the Philippines had won in 1997 (Joanne Santos, Binibining Pilipinas Universe 1995) and Miss Tourism International (Anatolya Turkish version) which the Philippines had won in 2001(Michelle Cuevas Reyes, Binibining Pilipinas 1st Runner-up 2001) and lastly, Miss Tourism International Black Sea (Ukrainian version) which the Philippines had won in 2002 (Kristine Alzar, Binibining Pilipinas International 2002).

In 2001, Philippines had won its first Miss Globe International title.

Philippines has won three Miss Tourism International crowns (2000, 2012 and 2013 with the second back to back winnings in Philippines' pageantry).

The country had won Miss Supranational (World Beauty Association S.A.) crown (2013).

It is also the first time for the country to win four titles in a year: two Top Tiered crowns (Miss World 2013 and Miss International 2013), two for 2nd Tiered crowns (Miss Tourism International 2013-2014 and Miss Supranational 2013).

Note: Miss Grand International is still not considered a 2nd-tier pageant. The pageant became known because of the owners ties with a major pageant forum who provided a thorough coverage of the pageant on its first year and trained their respective delegates on its 2nd year which delineates a conflict of interest. There are specific criteria to make it at this level and there are pageants who are far more qualified who have been in existence for decades. You have to earn it the rightful way to deserve it. These are the following current franchise holders: Ovette Ricalde of Megastar Production for Miss Globe International,^[2] Stella Marquez-Araneta's Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. has the franchises for both Miss Intercontinental ^[3]^[4] and Miss Supranational (World Beauty Association, S.A.)^[5]^[6] and Jacqueline Tan's Mutya ng Pilipinas, Inc. has the franchise for Miss Tourism International.
