Philippe Dominique Toledo (born 18 December 1983) is a French professional footballer who plays for Spanish club CD Guadalajara as a striker.

Football career

Born in Avignon, Toledo played youth football with Nîmes Olympique. Not yet aged 18 he moved to Spain where he would remain the following decade, in representation of Real Zaragoza B, Elche CF, Levante UD B, FC Cartagena, Valencia CF Mestalla,[1] Real Jaén,[2] AD Ceuta and CF Gandía.[3] He went on to amass Segunda División B totals of 270 games and 71 goals.

In the 2005–06 season and the first half of the following campaign, Toledo had his first and only experience as a professional, with Segunda División club Elche CF. He was released by the Valencians in December 2006, and scored in his debut in the competition, a 1–1 home draw against SD Eibar on 29 January of that year.[4]
