The Philip Duke Three-Decker is a historic triple decker house at 7 Maxwell Street in Worcester, Massachusetts. Built c. 1888, the house is an early representative of the triple-decker development in the Vernon Hill area in southern Worcester. It had well-preserved Italianate features, included a bracketed eaves, one of the reasons for its listings on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990,[2] but these have been lost or obscured by subsequent exterior residing (see photo).
