Phillip Douglas Norton (born February 1, 1976 in Texarkana, Texas) is a former professional baseball pitcher. He played in the major leagues from 2000-2004 for the Chicago Cubs and the Cincinnati Reds. He played in the independent Atlantic League from 2006 to 2007.
On August 8, 2000, in just his second start at the Major League level Norton surrendered a record four home runs in one inning against the Los Angeles Dodgers.
