Phelex Foundation

The Phelex Foundation is a charity based in the U.S. state of Massachusetts with operations across China. Founded in 1995 by a group of Boston residents, the foundation seeks to promote basic education for financially, socially and physically disadvantaged children in poverty-stricken regions of rural China. Phelex currently has headquarters in Beijing and Westwood, MA.
