Pham Nhat Vuong
Pham Nhat Vuong (born 1968) is a Vietnamese property developer, and Vietnam's first billionaire.
He was born in 1968 in Hanoi.[1] His developments include the upscale Vincom Center in Saigon, the Vinpearl hotel, Vincom Village, and the Vincom Center Ba Trieu in Hanoi. He developed LLC Technocom, a market leader in culinary dehydrated products,[2] in Ukraine, sold to Nestle for $150 million in 2010, before returning to Vietnam. Vincom went public in 2007. It merged with Vinpearl, Vuong's luxury resort business, in 2007.[3]
