Phạm Bình Minh (born 26 March 1959) is a Vietnamese politician, a deputy prime minister (since 2013) and Minister of Foreign Affairs (since 2011).[1]
He was First Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs from Jan 2009 to August 2011 . He was born at Nam Định Province.
