Phuoc Hai is a township (thị trấn) in Dat Do District, Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.
The townlet was founded in 2006 from 1,655.58 hectares with 20,923 inhabitants of the commune of Phuoc Hai. The neighboring communes are: Northeast of Loc An and Phuoc Hoi ( district of Dat Do);North of Long My (district of Dat Do); weat of township Dat Do (district of Dat Do); southwest of Long Hai (district of Long Dien); south and southeast it border East sea.
Phuoc Hai beach is the beautyfull beach but sill relatively pristine
