Petr Václav
Petr Václav (born 11 June 1967) is a Czech film director, working and living mostly in France. His films received several awards.
Life and Work
Václav has lived in France since 2001, and he collaborates on screenplays with Marie Desplechin.[1] His latest film Cesta ven premiered at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.[1][2] Cesta ven won seven Czech Lion awards. It was selected the best Czech film of 2014.[3]
