Petite Forte (French: Petit Forte) is a community located in Placentia Bay on the Burin Peninsula on the southeast coast of the island of Newfoundland in the province of Newfoundland and Labrador in Canada. It fought attempts by government in the 1960s to resettle, the community is thriving today.
