Peter Gatenby (doctor)
Peter Bronte Gatenby (born 1923) is an Irish former doctor, Medical Director for the United Nations and Professor of Medicine at Trinity College, Dublin. He was Ireland’s first full-time professor of clinical medicine.[1][2]
Family
Gatenby is the son of James Bronte Gatenby and is related to the Bronte family.
Career
In 2002, the Peter Gatenby Award was founded at Trinity College, Dublin[3]
