Persatuan Sepak Bola Indonesia Kediri, commonly known as Persik Kediri, or Persik, is an Indonesian professional association football club based in Kediri, East Java. The club was founded in 1950.

History

The club was founded in 1950 by Raden Muchamad Machin, T.H.D. Rahmat, and M. Sanusi. Since the Liga Indonesia started in 1994, Persik has won twice, in 2003 and 2006 editions respectively. The club promoted to the top-tier level in the 2002. Currently they played on Liga Primer Indonesia.

They were disqualified for the 2015 Indonesia Super League because they did not qualify during the verification process and decided to get relegated and play in the 2015 Liga Indonesia Premier Division.[1]
