The Perkins Tide Mill is located in Kennebunkport, Maine. The tide mill was built in 1749 and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 7, 1973.

November 2012 - A new building is on the drawing boards intended to replicate the original building exactly as it was and on the same footprint. The building will be a museum with a large exhibit/function area to show what the original was like. It will include artifacts salvaged from the building after it burned in the 1990s.
