History

In January 2014, the Client Connect division of Conduit merged with Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ: PERI), a global consumer software company, to form Perion Codefuel. Josef Mandelbaum is CEO of Perion Network. Prior to joining Perion, Josef was CEO of the AG Intellectual Properties Group at American Greetings. In June 2014, Perion Codefuel partnered with Lenovo to build a new program called Lenovo Browser Guard, to be pre-installed on select Lenovo laptops, PCs and tablets.^[8][9][10] In July 2014, Perion Codefuel announced a strategic partnership with CYREN, a leading provider of cloud-based security solutions, in order to extend Perion Codefuel's suite of browsing and security applications. In August 2014, the company signed a three-year agreement with Bing, Microsoft’s web search engine, extending its existing partnership. The new agreement runs from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2017.^[11][12]

InstallFuel
