Penrith Nepean United Football Club was an Australian association football club based in St Marys, New South Wales.
Penrith Nepean United rose in 1996 to the New South Wales 1st Division and played from 2000 in the New South Wales Super League, and from 2007 in the New South Wales Premier League, the highest level of competitive football (soccer) in New South Wales. United finished it last season there in 2009 on ninth place amongst 12 participants. The club ceased operations after this.
The club hosted its home games at Penrith Stadium, from 2006 until October 2010 named by sponsorship as Credit Union Australia (CUA) Stadium.
