Penny Dale
Penny Dale is a British illustrator and writer of children's books.[1]
Background
Dale was born in 1954 and currently resides in Caerleon, a village in Newport, Wales. She studied Fine Arts and graduated at Exeter College of Art. She moved to southeast Wales in 1982. She is married and has one daughter.[2]
