- Pittsburgh (PART)
- Ward 18 [PART, Divisions 05 and 07]
- Ward 19
- Ward 20 [PART, Divisions 02, 09, 10 and 11]
- Ward 21 [PART, Division 04]
- Ward 32 [PART, Divisions 01, 04, 05, 06, 07 and 08]) and
- Whitehall (PART, Districts 01, 02, 03, 04, 07, 08, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16)
