The 168th Pennsylvania House of Representatives District is made up of parts of Chester County, Pennsylvania and Delaware County, Pennsylvania. The district includes the following areas:[1]

- Westtown Township
- Delaware County
- Edgmont Township
- Middletown Township
- Nether Providence Township (PART, Ward 06)
- Newtown Township (PART, Precincts 01, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 08)
- Thornbury Township
- Upper Providence Township (PART, Precincts 01, 04 and 05)

- Rose Valley
