Pen Mar, Pennsylvania is a census-designated place^[1] located in Washington Township, Franklin County in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as a portion of the community is located in Washington County in the state of Maryland. It is located on the Mason-Dixon Line, very close to the community of Rouzerville. As of the 2010 census the population was 929.^[2]
