Pelargonium x hortorum (also called garden geranium, zonal geranium, malva or malvón) is a nothospecies of Pelargonium most commonly used as an ornamental plant. Availability includes the usual nursery "seed-grown" and the "cutting grown" types, which can easily be grown at home by cutting and planting side branches. These are stocky, large with double flowers.
