Pedro Miguel Pina Eugénio (born 26 June 1990 in Faro, Algarve) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays for Bulgarian club PFC Haskovo as a right back.
Football career
As a youth player Eugénio represented four clubs, starting his formation with S.C. Olhanense and finishing it with S.L. Benfica. He made his senior debuts in 2009 with União Desportiva Messinense in the regional championships, then switched to Algarve neighbours Louletano D.C. in the third division for the following season.
On 30 July 2012, after a short trial period, Eugénio joined Bulgarian side PFC Beroe Stara Zagora on a three-year deal.
Personal life
Eugénio's father, Rui, was also a footballer and a defender. He appeared in 272 Primeira Liga games over the course of 11 seasons, mostly with Farense (eight years) and S.C. Braga (two).
