MyCartis, formerly Pronota and Peakadilly, is a biotech company located in Ghent, Belgium. The company works on the development of molecular diagnostics for cardio-vascular diseases, woman's health, cancer and inflammatory diseases. This work should lead to improvements in personalized and predictive medicine.
History
The company was founded in August 2004 with support from the Flanders Institute for Biotechnology (VIB). In addition the GIMV and the KBC Private Equity fund invested in the company.
