Paynes Point is an unincorporated community in Ogle County, Illinois, and is located south of Stillman Valley and east of Oregon. Prospered in the 1970s & 1980s when many families with young children lived there including the Withers', Van Briesen's, Bishop's, Nordman's, Pontnack's, Myers' & Whitney's. Home to Mo-Par City.
