Paulino Lopes Tavares (born December 10, 1984 in Lisbon[1]) is a Portuguese footballer, who most recently played for ES Viry-Châtillon.

Career

In December 2007 Tavares went on trial with Trelleborgs of the Swedish Allsvenskan.[2] Following his trial he signed a two-year contract with the club.[3] In January 2010, after his contract Trelleborgs had expired,[4] Tavares joined Gabala of the Azerbaijan Premier League.[5][6] Following 14 league appearances and 2 goals, Tavares left Gabala for CM Aubervilliers in France.[7] In October 2012, Tavares moved from Aubervilliers to ES Viry-Châtillon. [8]
