Pauline Carr

Pauline Carr is an Australian mining professional who has previously held executive positions with Newmont Mining Corporation and Normandy Mining Limited.[1] As of 2014, she is currently the company secretary for Grange Resources.[2] She is a member of the South Australian Resources Industry Development Board (RIDB). She currently provides consultancy services in areas of business improvement, governance, compliance and risk to companies in the resources, construction and superannuation sectors.[3]

Memberships

Pauline Carr is on the board of the University of South Australia, along with fellow mining professional, Chancellor Ian Gould.[4] She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia (CSA).[1] She holds positions on the Government of South Australia's Resources Industry Development Board and South Australian Minerals & Petroleum Expert Group (SAMPEG)[5] and sits on the Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources (DEWNR) National Parks & Wildlife Council.[6]

Education

Pauline Carr is a graduate of the University of Adelaide and the Australian National University. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the former and a Bachelor of Economics from the latter.[1]
