Paul Zerdin

Paul Zerdin (born 1972) is an English comedian and ventriloquist from London.

He has performed at the Royal Variety Performance in 1997, 2002,[1] and 2009. He has also appeared on The Jerry Springer Show.

Zerdin first appeared on TV as the first winner of The Big, Big, Talent Show presented by Jonathan Ross. He also had a very early appearance as a magician on BBC’s Tricky Business, and within 6 months Paul went on to appear as a ventriloquist on Hangar 17.[2]

Zerdin's most popular character is Sam, a boy.[3] His other main characters are Baby and Albert. He also incorporates a member of the audience into his act using a movable mouth placed over the volunteer's lower face.
