Paul Donald Justin (born May 19, 1968) is a retired National Football League quarterback.

Justin, a graduate and football standout at Arizona State University. He was a productive starter for 2 seasons. In 1989, he threw for 2,591 yards with 17 TD vs. 10 INT but followed with a bit of a down year in 1990, throwing for just 1,876 yards with 10 TD vs. 10 INT.[1]

He was initially a 7th Round pick by the Chicago Bears in the 1991 NFL Draft. He played with three different teams in his NFL career: the Indianapolis Colts (1995–1997), the Cincinnati Bengals (1998), and the St. Louis Rams (1999–2001). Prior to his time in the NFL, Justin was the starting quarterback for the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League in 1993 and the Frankfurt Galaxy in 1995.
