Patrick Graham Toler Kingsley (12 May 1908 24 August 1999) was an English cricketer who played for Oxford University for three seasons from 1928 to 1930, and then intermittently for amateur sides such as the Free Foresters.[1] He was born in Calcutta, Bengal and he died in Yeovil, Somerset.

Kingsley was a right-handed batsman. He played Minor Counties cricket for Dorset in 1927 and thereafter to 1948 for Hertfordshire.
