Pat Kelly (trade unionist)

Patrick Joseph "Pat" Kelly (20 November 1929 24 June 2004) was a New Zealand trade unionist.

Kelly emigrated from Liverpool to New Zealand in 1954. He was an official of the Drivers' Union, a secretary of the Cleaners' and Caretakers' Union and president of the Wellington Trades Council during his career.[1] He was also active in the anti-Vietnam War, anti-apartheid, anti-nuclear, and peace movements.[2]

He died in Wellington in 2004[2] and his ashes were buried at Karori Cemetery.[3]
