Pascal Martinot-Lagarde (born 22 September 1991) is a French track and field athlete who specialises in the 110 metres hurdles.

At the 2010 World Junior Championships in Athletics in Moncton, Canada, Martinot-Lagarde won a gold medal over 110 metres hurdles.[1]

In 2013, Martinot-Lagarde achieved a personal best time of 13.12 at the Diamond League meeting in Paris. His brother Thomas, also a promising hurdler, similarly achieved a personal best at the same meeting.
