Parotis incurvata is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Warren in 1896. It is found in Indonesia (Java),[1] on the Loyalty Islands[2] and in Australia, where it has been recorded from Queensland and New South Wales.

The wingspan is about 30 mm. Adults are green with a brown line around the edge of the forewings and two small dark dots near the costa. One such dot is found on the hindwings.[3]
